Last Updated: June 2026
Welcome To Atellios
At Atellios, we don't just provide services, we create a digital presence.
I want any individual, business, startup, organization, or enterprise that uses Atellios services to clearly understand these Terms of Service, as these terms are part of the professional agreement between Atellios and the client.
By accessing the website, contacting Atellios, discussing a project, receiving a quotation, submitting a payment, using portal.atellios.com, or purchasing any service, you accept these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Atellios services.

Eligibility
Users must have the legal capacity to use Atellios services in accordance with applicable laws.
In the case of a business entity, the individual purchasing the service confirms that they have the authority to enter into the agreement on behalf of the organization.
Service Requests
When a client submits a service request to Atellios, project requirements, timelines, pricing, and deliverables can be mutually discussed.
Every project is unique.
Therefore, project scope, pricing, and implementation details may vary depending on the project.
Atellios reserves the right to accept or reject any project request.
Client Responsibilities
I want clients to understand their responsibilities.
Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information
- Provide required content on time
- Not delay required approvals
- Follow applicable laws
- Not use services for illegal activities
- Respect intellectual property rights
Project timelines may also be affected if project delays occur client-side.
Portal Accounts
Atellios can provide project management facilities through portal.atellios.com.
Portal accounts are created manually.
Public registration is not available.
Through a portal account, clients can:
- View project progress
- Communicate with the team
- Access files
- Receive updates
- Monitor project-related activities
Clients will be responsible for the security of their login credentials.
In the event of unauthorized access, Atellios will be immediately notified.
Account Suspension
Atellios may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if:
- Terms are Violated
- Fraudulent Activity is Detected
- Security Risk is Significant
- Abuse is Observed
- Illegal Usage is Observed
- Platform Safety is Affected
In such circumstances, Atellios may take action in its reasonable discretion.
Pricing and Payments
Pricing for each project is determined based on project scope, complexity, infrastructure requirements, and development requirements.
Pricing may vary by project.
Atellios may serve international clients, and pricing may be provided in different currencies.
Advance Payment Requirement
Atellios' operational rule is that an advance payment of 14% of the agreed project value may be required before the project begins.
This advance payment may be used for:
- Resource Allocation
- Planning
- Project Initialization
- Infrastructure Preparation
- Development Scheduling
The project cannot be considered officially started until the required advance payment is received.
Payment Methods
Payments may be processed through trusted payment providers.
These may include:
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Bank Transfers
- Future Payment Solutions
Atellios may update supported payment methods at any time.
Late Payments
If a client does not complete required payments on time, Atellios may:
- Pause the project
- Hold deliverables
- Restrict access
- Delay deployment
Until outstanding payments are cleared.
Service Availability
Atellios strives to provide consistently reliable services.
However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, security operations, infrastructure failures, or third-party disruptions.
Atellios does not guarantee absolute uninterrupted availability.
Future Expansion
Atellios may in the future:
- Launch Enterprise Platforms
- Build Cloud Ecosystems
- Introduce AI Systems
- Launch SaaS Products
- Create Developer Platforms
- Expand Global Infrastructure
These Terms of Service may apply to both current and future services unless specific terms are defined separately.
Refund Policy and Payment Protection
I want this section to be understood very carefully because it was created to protect both Atellios and the client.
Digital services are not like physical products.
When developers, designers, engineers, and infrastructure teams invest their time, planning, expertise, and resources in a project, it's not always possible to reverse that investment.
To this end, Atellios has created a refund framework to balance the interests of both the client and the company.
14% Initial Payment Policy
Atellios may receive an initial payment of 14% of the agreed project amount before the project officially begins.
This payment may be treated as a project activation fee.
This payment may be for:
- Resource Allocation
- Team Scheduling
- Technical Planning
- Requirements Analysis
- Infrastructure Preparation
- Development Initialization
These resources may be reserved for the client's project after the project has started.
Project Cancellation Before Development
If a client submits a cancellation request after project approval or before development begins, Atellios may evaluate the refund on a case-by-case basis.
The circumstances of each project are different, and the final decision may be determined based on operational work.
Active Development Cancellation
If the Atellios team is actively working on a project in accordance with the client's requirements and the client decides to stop the project mid-project, a refund is not automatically guaranteed.
If the Atellios team is actively working on a project in accordance with the client's requirements and the client decides to stop the project mid-project, a refund is not automatically guaranteed.
In such a situation, Atellios can evaluate the development effort, resources consumed, allocated workforce, and completed work.
It is not possible to reverse the invested effort once the digital development work is complete.
Marketplace and Large-Scale Projects
Some projects are of exceptionally high complexity.
These may include:
- Marketplaces
- Social Platforms
- Enterprise Systems
- Large SaaS Platforms
- Multi-Vendor Systems
- Advanced Business Platforms
- Large Infrastructure Projects
Such projects can consume a significant amount of planning and development resources.
If the client discontinues the project during the active development phase, the initial 14% payment may be non-refundable.
Atellios may evaluate project progress and completed work before making its final determination.
Standard Business Websites
Standard projects such as:
- Business Websites
- Portfolio Websites
- Corporate Websites
- Landing Pages
- Basic E-Commerce Solutions
- Small Business Solutions
may be reviewed under a different refund evaluation framework.
But final eligibility will depend on project status, completed work, and delivery stage.
Project Delivery Rule
I want this rule to be understood very clearly.
When a project's files, systems, deliverables, or completed assets are officially shared with the client, refund eligibility may be significantly limited or completely unavailable.
Digital assets, once delivered, are irreversible in nature.
Therefore, delivered projects are generally not considered refundable until Atellios approves a written exception.
Four-Day Review Window
A client may be granted a review period after project completion and delivery.
This review period can be up to four (4) days.
During this period, the client can:
- Raise questions
- Request clarifications
- Discuss minor concerns
- Request modifications within the approved scope
The purpose of the review period is to verify project quality and satisfaction.
Expiration of Refund Review Period
If the four-day review period is completed and the client does not raise any refund concerns or official disputes, the project can be considered accepted.
Refund requests may be rejected after the review window expires.
Atellios is not obligated to provide refunds after expired review periods.
Cloud And Infrastructure Services
Cloud and infrastructure-related services are of different nature.
These may include:
- Cloud Configuration
- CDN Configuration
- Hosting Deployment
- Security Configuration
- DNS Configuration
- Infrastructure Optimization
- Server Management
- Performance Tuning
In such services, technical changes are performed directly on client systems.
Infrastructure Work Refund Limitations
If Atellios performs requested technical configurations on a client's existing systems, refund eligibility may be limited.
This is because technical expertise and implementation effort have already been consumed.
In such a situation, a refund will not be automatically available.
Reversible Configuration Requests
In some situations, a client may request that Atellios reverse the performed changes.
If requested changes are reasonably reversible and do not create significant operational burden, Atellios may evaluate refund consideration.
But final approval depends on the discretion of Atellios.
Major Infrastructure Changes
If work is performed in:
- Large Scale Deployments
- Advanced Integrations
- Complex Infrastructure Changes
- Security Architecture Changes
- Enterprise Configurations
Reversal may be technically impractical.
Refund will not be available in such situation.
Payment Disputes
Client agrees to first contact Atellios directly with any payment concerns.
Atellios will perform reasonable efforts to professionally resolve the issue.
Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or malicious payment actions may be considered a violation of the Terms of Service.
No Guaranteed Business Results
I want this point to be understood very clearly.
Atellios provides professional services.
But Atellios does not guarantee:
- Specific Revenue Results
- Specific Sales Results
- Specific SEO Rankings
- Specific Traffic Numbers
- Specific Business Growth Metrics
- Specific Market Performance
Results depend on multiple external factors that are beyond Atellios' control.
Scope Change Requests
If the client significantly modifies the original requirements after project approval, additional pricing, timelines and resources may be required.
Scope changes will automatically remain as part of the original agreement.
Separate approval may be required for additional work.
Final Refund Determination
Every refund request is subject to review according to individual circumstances.
Atellios may evaluate project status, resources consumed, work completed, assets delivered, and operational impact before issuing a final decision.
Atellios' decision may be deemed final in accordance with applicable laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
I want this section to be very clear because ownership and intellectual property are very important topics within digital projects.
Both Atellios and the client retain their respective intellectual property rights unless otherwise defined in a written agreement.
Client Content Ownership
The client remains the owner of the information and content it provides.
This may include:
- Logos
- Brand Assets
- Images
- Videos
- Documents
- Business Materials
- Marketing Content
- Databases Provided by the Client
- Client-Owned Intellectual Property
Atellios does not claim ownership of client content.
The client confirms that it has the legal right to use the uploaded or provided content.
If any third-party copyright or intellectual property dispute arises, the client will be responsible for it.
Project Ownership
When all agreed payments for the project are successfully completed, the usage rights for the delivered project may be transferred to the client.
The client may:
- Operate
- Use
- Publish
- Maintain
- Deploy on its own infrastructure
The project may be used for the client's business operations.
Source Code Policy
This is an important operational rule at Atellios.
Source code is not automatically transferred unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Atellios may retain ownership rights over its internal development methods, frameworks, reusable systems, deployment structures, and proprietary implementation techniques.
A functional project may be delivered to the client, but source code transfer is not a default part of every project.
If source code transfer is required for a project, a separate commercial agreement and pricing may apply.
Deployment on Client Infrastructure
Atellios can provide deployment assistance if the client requests that the project be deployed to their personal hosting, cloud environment, or dedicated infrastructure.
After deployment is complete, the client will assume ongoing responsibility for maintaining its infrastructure unless a separate maintenance agreement is in place.
Atellios Proprietary Technologies
Atellios reserves all rights to its proprietary systems, tools, frameworks, automation methods, development processes, and internal technologies.
No client may copy, reverse engineer, duplicate, or unauthorized reuse Atellios proprietary systems unless written authorization is in place.
Attribution and Branding Rights
Atellios may use attribution references in its developed projects.
Atellios attribution may be displayed in the source, footer, documentation, or relevant areas of custom-developed digital assets.
The purpose of this attribution is to identify the project development source.
Promotional Attribution Benefits
Atellios may offer clients optional branding partnerships on some projects.
In such a case, the client may decide to retain Atellios branding or attribution.
Partnership-based arrangements may affect project pricing and commercial terms.
Each arrangement can be individually negotiated.
Portfolio Rights
I want this point to be absolutely clear.
Atellios may showcase its completed projects in portfolios, marketing materials, presentations, case studies, or for promotional purposes.
However, client approval may be obtained where appropriate.
If a project is confidential, Atellios will make reasonable efforts to respect that confidentiality.
Confidential Information
Both the client and Atellios agree that confidential information should be handled responsibly.
Confidential information may include:
- Business Plans
- Internal Documentation
- Proprietary Processes
- Technical Architectures
- Strategic Information
- Financial Information
Reasonable efforts may be made to protect such information from unauthorized disclosure.
Service Warranty Disclaimer
Atellios strives to provide services that meet professional standards.
However, all services may be offered on an "as available" and "as provided" basis.
Atellios does not provide any absolute warranty of any specific outcome, commercial success, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atellios will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
This may include:
- Lost Revenue
- Lost Profits
- Business Interruption
- Data Loss
- Reputation Loss
- Opportunity Loss
Even if Atellios were not aware of such risks in advance.
Third-Party Services
Third-party providers may be integrated into Atellios projects.
These may include:
- Hosting Providers
- Payment Providers
- Analytics Platforms
- Cloud Vendors
- Infrastructure Providers
Third-party services operate according to their own independent terms and policies.
Atellios will not be responsible for the actions or failures of those third-party platforms.
Security Responsibilities
Atellios may implement reasonable security measures.
But the client will also be responsible for:
- Password Security
- Account Access Protection
- Authorized User Management
- Internal Security Practices
The shared responsibility model is an important part of security operations.
Service Modifications
Technology continuously evolves.
Therefore, Atellios can at any time:
- Modify Services
- Add Features
- Remove Features
- Upgrade Systems
- Expand Platforms
Changes can be implemented according to operational requirements.
Termination
Atellios may terminate, suspend, or restrict any client relationship if:
- Terms are Violated
- Fraud is Detected
- Illegal Activities are Observed
- Security Risks are Created
- Abuse is Reported
Applicable payment obligations and legal protections may remain in effect even after termination.
Future Services And Expansion
Atellios' vision is to continuously expand.
In the future we can launch Atellios:
- AI Platforms
- SaaS Products
- Enterprise Ecosystems
- Cloud Infrastructure Networks
- Developer Platforms
- Business Automation Solutions
- Global Technology Services
- Additional Digital Products
These Terms apply to both current and future Atellios ecosystems unless specific supplementary terms are provided.
Changes to These Terms
Atellios may update, revise, or replace these Terms of Service at any time.
An updated version may be deemed effective upon publication on the website.
Users are recommended to periodically review the latest version.
